Faculty of Pipeline Engineering

   

Founded in 1975.

The Faculty of Pipeline Engineering prepares personnel responsible for the quality and safety of oil, gas and their products transportation and storage, as well as the production and distribution of heat and electricity.

Today the Faculty consists of five departments based in a separate educational and laboratory building with the latest equipment and instrumentation, computer simulators and unique laboratory facilities, and a highly qualified teaching staff.

Research laboratories and centers are fruitfully working at the faculty; textbooks and monographs recognized in Russia and abroad are published.

The Faculty’s graduates are highly valued in the production sector and are in demand in all regions of our country and abroad - in oil producing companies, the pipeline transportation system, petrochemical and oil refineries and in housing development.
